callout fee

• Perth Metro Only $38.50 incl GST

service fee

• onsite work $55.00 per hour capped at 4 hours + parts
• back to base work $71.50 per hour capped at 5 hours + parts (this includes delivery back to you.)
• all charges are minimum 1 hour + callout and include GST
• LP record conversion to CD for $59
• (typically most issues are resolved within the first hour)

things you can do upon booking a callout to lower costs

have ready before our arrival

• any driver disc's
• documentation
• instruction manuals
• your passwords or login details (if needed)
• anything that was supplied with your PC
• your copy of the OS software you are running

A typical callout would be calculated as follows 1x callout + Hours onsite (including sourcing parts) + parts (if needed) = Invoice Total.
